The University of North Georgia is a University System of Georgia leadership institution and is The Military College of Georgia. With more than 18,000 students, the University of North Georgia is the state’s sixth-largest public university. University of North Georgia announces fall 2015 graduates

The University of North Georgia's fall commencement ceremonies were held Dec. 10-11 for more than 500 participants; in total, UNG conferred nearly 800 degrees for fall semester.

The university's spring commencement ceremonies were held May 6-8 for some 1,200 participants; in total, UNG conferred more than 1,500 degrees and certificates for spring semester.

More than 300 graduate from UNG in summer commencement

The university's summer commencement ceremony was held Aug. 1 on the Dahlonega Campus, and celebrated some 300 graduates. For the 2014-2015 academic year, more than 2,400 students graduated from UNG and have gone on to serve as professional, civic and military leaders in communities nearby and around the world.

UNG announces Spring 2015 graduates

The university's spring commencement ceremonies were held May 1-3 on UNG's Dahlonega and Gainesville campuses. This spring semester, UNG conferred some 1,300 degrees. Additionally, 36 graduating members of the Corps of Cadets took oaths as second lieutenants in the National Guard or U.S. Army.

Nearly 700 graduate from UNG in fall commencement ceremonies

The university's fall commencement ceremonies were held Dec. 13-14 on UNG's Dahlonega and Gainesville campuses. This semester, UNG conferred some 670 degrees. Additionally, 18 graduating members of the Corps of Cadets took oaths as second lieutenants in the National Guard or U.S. Army.

More than 300 students graduate from UNG in summer commencement

For summer semester, the University of North Georgia (UNG) awarded 349 degrees, including 215 bachelor's degrees, 107 associate degrees, 24 graduate degrees and three certificates. The commencement ceremony was held Aug. 2, 2014 on the university's Dahlonega Campus.

This semester, UNG conferred a total of 1,445 degrees, including 603 associate, 718 bachelor's degrees, and 124 graduate degrees. UNG also awarded 10 one-year certificates for work in specialty areas. Additionally, 33 graduating members of the Corps of Cadets took oaths as second lieutenants in the National Guard or U.S. Army; commissioning ceremonies also were held separately on May 9. The university's spring commencement ceremonies were held May 9-10 on UNG's Dahlonega and Gainesville campuses.
