Tyler Johnson commissions as second lieutenant

In ceremonies held Friday, Dec. 11, 2015, at the University of North Georgia, graduating cadets were awarded commissions as second lieutenants in the U.S. Army or Georgia National Guard.

Tyler W. Johnson of Brunswick, Georgia, earned a bachelor's degree and commissioned in the Georgia National Guard-Aviation. Johnson's parents are Laura Preiss. Johnson graduated from Brunswick High School in Brunswick, Georgia, in 2010. Johnson was a Distinguished Military Graduate and is married to Lyndsey Ray.
