Samuel Lowrey commissions as a second lieutenant

In ceremonies held Dec. 16-17 at the University of North Georgia, graduating cadets were awarded commissions as second lieutenants in the U.S. Army or Georgia National Guard.

Samuel D. Lowrey of Lithia Springs, Georgia, earned a bachelor's degree and commissioned in the Army Military Police Corps. Lowrey's parents are Steve & Susan . Lowrey graduated from Harvester Christian Academy.
