Kristin Kelly commissions as a second lieutenant

In ceremonies held December 15 at the University of North Georgia, graduating cadets were awarded commissions as second lieutenants in the U.S. Army or Georgia National Guard.

Kristin R. Kelly of Dacula, Georgia, earned a bachelor's degree and commissioned in the Army-Ordnance Corps. Kelly's parents are Tom and Laura Kelly.
