Darby Seibel commissions as a second lieutenant

In ceremonies held Dec. 16-17 at the University of North Georgia, graduating cadets were awarded commissions as second lieutenants in the U.S. Army or Georgia National Guard.

Darby P. Seibel of Euharlee, Georgia, earned a bachelor's degree and commissioned in the National Guard Quartermaster Corps. Seibel's parents are James & Kandy . Seibel graduated from Woodland High School .
