Clay Carlton graduates from University of North Georgia

Clay Michael Carlton of Elberton, Georgia, graduated from the University of North Georgia (UNG) during the fall 2017 semester and has earned the Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs-Middle Eastern Concentration.

The University of North Georgia held commencement exercises for hundreds of graduates on December 15 and 16 at the university.
